This policy covers messages sent to us through the nxtg.hu website.

2. Data, purpose and legal basis

Your name and the e-mail address you write to us from and, if provided, your company, phone number and message text. They are used only to answer your enquiry and, if needed, to prepare an offer.

Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

The website has no contact form — we only receive personal data from the e-mails you send us.

3. Retention

We keep correspondence for up to one year after the last exchange. If a contract is concluded, the retention terms of that contract apply.

4. Processors

• Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland — website hosting and e-mail mailbox (Google Workspace).

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.

5. Cookies

The website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting, so no cookie consent is requested.

6. Your rights and remedies

You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@nxtg.hu.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
